Electronic Medical Records - Fully Electronic Medical Records allows you to enter ALL of your patient information directly into the system. No more looking around for x-ray folders, lab results, documents or signed permission forms. It's all at your fingertips.
Fully Paperless System - Fully paperless means you can operate StringSoft with absolutely no paper. Everything in the system can be emailed, eliminating the need to print anything. Even client signatures can be collected within the system.
Flexible Appointment Scheduling - You can schedule any way you like. If you need an 18 minute appointment, no problem. You can also view appointment schedules in either a grid view or an Outlook style view. You can also synchronize your appointments in StringSoft with your Outlook appointment schedule.
Task Scheduling - Flexible task scheduling allows you to assign tasks to either single or multiple staff members simultaeously. Individual task lists can be automated as well through appointment scheduling, callback reminders, medical records, treatments and user defined task types.
Digital Imaging - Full digital imaging is supported in StringSoft. You can store the images either in the system, or in an external PACS Server.
Complete System Security - System Security is fully integrated into StringSoft. You can control every single aspect of program security on an individual or group security levels. You can control who has access to anything in the system. All screens have security associated with them. Even custom reports that you design can have security assigned. Lab Interfaces -Most lab equipment is supported in StringSoft. Any workstation can serve as a lab interface. Just hook up the lab equipment as per your manufacturers instructions and configure the lab interface in StringSoft. Lab results will automatically be stored when the test is run. Automated SOAP Entries -You can set up automated SOAP entries to enter text into your SOAP, apply charges, add client report card entries, set up treatments, add diagnosis information, ask for lab results or vitals information and add reminders all with one click.

From production reports to medical record searches, you will know exactly what is going on in your hospital at any time. There is also a complete custom reporting feature that allows you to create reports for any purpose. StringSoft also supports external reporting tools such as Crystal Reports if you prefer.
Complete Referral Management -Dealing with referrals has never been easier. With StringSoft, you can associate as many referring doctors as you want, each with their own set of letters and even percentage association with the case so that you can run accurate reports on where you are getting referrals from. Automated email, faxing or print of all referral letters. Mark each doctor as to whether you have received all paperwork and resend the letters whenever you want.
User Defined Fields -With flexible vitals types, you can define any medical field that you want to include in your statistics. You can create as many of these types as you want and assign any type of values such as text, positive/negative,decimal or your own defined lists. Now there is nothing you can't track.
Patient Census - With a single view, you can see the status of every patient in your hospital, whether they are in the waiting room, or in the hospital receiving treatment. You can view only your cases, or the cases of every doctor in your hospital.

Integrated Credit Card and ACH Processing - Fully integrated credit card and ACH (electronic check) processing allow you to process ALL of your payment information into the system. Credit Card And ACH (electronic checks) that you would normally have to process through a stand-alone credit card terminal or take to the bank, you can enter into StringSoft...Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and checks can be all part of the Client Record.

Security Information

Security Information - Security in StringSoft is incorporated in all aspects of the program. Security Groups - Security Groups allow you to apply security settings for a group of people at one time. You can create as many security groups as you wish. Screen Security - Screen security is applied for each user in the system. Each screen has to have explicit permit access for a user to be able to access each screen. Screen Field Security - Certain fields designated as sensitive can have security permissions applied to them as to whether they can be viewed by the individual user. Permission Level Security - Individual permissions within a screen (like delete permissions) can be controlled on a per user or per group basis for each screen. User Defined Security - You may create your own permissions to access custom reports that you create or for your own external programs with the system.
