I have been duly impressed with StringSoft since its arrival, and even more so as
time goes on. Any new software system powerful enough to smoothly run a hospital
(particularly a referral hospital) must have a learning curve. The transition from
our old system to SS has been made easy by its user-friendly interface and by its
capacity to integrate hospital departments in ways our previous system never could.
Periodic updates are installed seamlessly. I’ve also been very happy with the versatility
of SS regarding its reporting capabilities. For the first time, high-quality procedural
and referral reports are easily generated. The ability to email or fax reports with
a mouse click has made working with other practices much simpler.

In these difficult economic times the ability to create reports and evaluate our
hospital performance and services is more important than ever. Stringsoft
provides the ability to do this in quick and easy formats.
Moving 80 plus veterinarians to a new system requiring the input of all physical
exams, SOAPs, prescriptions, and invoicing was a monumental task for us.
Naturally there was a learning curve, but training is relatively easy, the
system is user friendly and intuitive. The “windows” aspect allowing you to go
between multiple screens to do multiple tasks, makes the process go faster.
Customizable forms for client information and instruction that are repetitive
became less time consuming while continuing to be informative and complete.
As a referral hospital, our referring vets are extremely important, Stringsoft
has definitely improved our communications with referring veterinarians, and
gives us the ability to communicate by email with our referring vets and
clients.

I have been head receptionist at Boulevard for 3 years and I have worked with 2
other software programs. When I was presented with Stringosft I was pesisamistic
about a new software. Using Stringsoft has been a delight. It has been easy to
make the change to paperless even without anyone on sight to help. The support
has been amazing, any problem I've had has been resolved quickly and everyone
I've spoken with at Stringsoft has always been very helpful and a pleasure to
work with.

I have been in private practice for 28 years and have used many different
software companies in my practices. Currently two of my practices are using
Stringsoft software, and I have plans on moving my other practices to this user
friendly, service orientated company. The reasons for my switching away from
other companies was lack of service, especially during busy periods.
Inevitably, we would call for service and were told, "a representative will get
back to you." Well the reality was usually within that working day, which
during office hours would always add to the stress of getting back up and
running. Stringsoft, on the other hand, usually can handle any question or
problem immediately. Their service has been impeccable. Add to this, the very
user friendly software as well as the ease with which we can customize the
program, my only regret is that I didn't switch sooner.
