Higher Standards Security Groups – Security Groups allow you to apply security settings for a group of people at one time. You can create as many security groups as you wish. Screen Security – Screen security is applied for each user in the system. Each screen has to have explicit permit access for a user to be able to access each screen. Screen Field Security – Certain fields designated as sensitive can have security permissions applied to them as to whether they can be viewed by the individual user. Permission Level Security – Individual permissions within a screen (like delete permissions) can be controlled on a per user or per group basis for each screen. User Defined Security – You may create your own permissions to access custom reports that you create or for your own external programs with the system.
